The Luxaire Cushion Company has invested in state of the art Computer Numerically Controlled (CNC) Oscillating Blade Profilers. The CNC Profilers allow for completely accurate and consistent cuts of foam each and every time. We currently have 2 machines so that you will not have concerns about down time or maintenance causing delays in the production of your order.

The Digitizing Table allows us to easily transform your cardboard or paper pattern into a finished product without creating additional patterns or cost to you.
